Due to the nature of these bespoke made to order items we do not offer a refund on any orders that have been completed. However if you do experience an issue with your item please get in contact to see if we can resolve the matter.

OUR STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME, FROM RECEIVING YOUR KIT TO DELIVERY, IS 8 - 10 WEEKS.

We give an estimated turn around time for each order of approximately 8 weeks from the date we receive your kit. This timeframe does not apply to orders requiring a custom ring size, we will order in your piece once we receive your size, if this is delayed it will push the expected finish date back (as will late returns of your kit). This may also change if third parties who are involved with supplying Hope and Grace, or courier services transporting them, experience delays. You are purchasing your items in the full knowledge that delays may occur at any time, and these dates given are estimates only. We do, however, try our utmost to meet deadlines stated for special occasions.
